One of the big questions we’re asked all the time is, “How do you get information into the system?” People don’t have time. They’re stretched too thin. We have other priorities. There’s always an interruption. But we’ve solved that problem.
The number one thing that we felt was important was converting that information in such a way that the team can access it quickly so there’s a time to productivity that comes out of entering and working with our system.
When we look at content conversion, we look at two things. How do you integrate artificial intelligence routines? How do we actually bring in machine learning so that the process is much more intelligent?
If you are manually processing that information, it might take you two, three, maybe four or more weeks to complete that work. When we do it, we can actually do it in a day or less. So it just depends on the scope of the information and the amount of data that you are creating.
What we try to do is make sure we focus on the priorities that are going to allow your team to work with the system the day after we process that information.
