One of the biggest questions that we’re asked all the time is “How do we handle our dispersed and remote workforce?”
Workforce is defined in many different ways. It can be our full-time employees that have been working remote over the last few years because of the pandemic or it could be our full-time employees that are all the time remote and virtually deployed so that they still need to access the same kind of information, the same kind of guidance that all of your other team members do.
You have partners. You have vendors. You have other organizational groups that you work with that still need to access the same data. But your challenge is how do I maintain that at one place and organize it in such a way that everybody can access it and yet protect the information that you’ve created.
What we’ve learned through the process is that clients want to be able to share updates, not just maintain what’s there but also give them a way to see the aggregated content set and that could be data that you have to manage that’s both digital as well as in printed form.
I can’t tell you how many clients we’ve worked with that actually have three ring binders of content still out there that people are referencing. Additionally, email threat seems to be the other common way that we run across that people share updates and changes to their policies, their procedures, their best practice, their operational guidance.
What we’ve learned is that you have to find a way to aggregate all of that and we have that solution.
