Over the last few years, we’ve worked with a number of clients that are really focused on execution. Not only are they looking at execution in terms of the programs that they implement, but more importantly, they’re focused on how do they gather feedback so that they can really determine at a leadership level if the program is working.

Finally, we want to measure effectiveness of the program. We do that through observations, the feedback that’s shared, and the flow of work in the moment that it occurs.
