TRANSCRIPT:
Over the last few years, we’ve worked with a number of clients that are really focused on execution. Not only are they looking at execution in terms of the programs that they implement, but more importantly, they’re focused on how do they gather feedback so that they can really determine at a leadership level if the program is working.
Hi, I’m Craig North, Founder of KLONE. To successfully implement these programs, there are four phases that we typically see are important to drive the right outcomes.
Number one, do we have the right strategy? Is leadership fully aligned on that strategy?
Two, do we have the right content? Do we have the right knowledge? Do we have the right information, insights, and expertise documented to help our workforce fully engaged around that program?
And then third, do you have the right systems in place to be able to help your teams consume that information in the flow of work? Meaning, do they have the opportunity to go in and pull the data out that they need to perform their jobs day in and day out to reflect the expectations of that strategic plan?
Finally, we want to measure effectiveness of the program. We do that through observations, the feedback that’s shared, and the flow of work in the moment that it occurs. KLONE lets you capture that information, roll that up into report through this system, and it gives leadership the opportunity to make informed business decisions around how you change, alter, continue to reinforce the program that’s been implemented.
